Founder of Kaizen · Graduate in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences
I have spent more than ten years helping people who had never felt comfortable
training with strength.
My beginnings were in sports rehabilitation and personal training. Over time
I understood something important: most people do not need more intensity, they need
more adaptation and structure.
I have worked with professional athletes and have been an instructor in the
federative field, but I decided to focus my work on the general population.
Because I believe strength is not only performance, it is autonomy.
At Kaizen we apply a structured methodology that respects each person’s starting point.
No two processes are the same. For me, that is true intelligent training.
I feel fortunate that so many people trust us to begin something that,
many times, felt intimidating to them. Seeing how they gain confidence
and physical capacity is what gives meaning to all of this.

I enjoy working with people who come with the desire to improve, regardless of
their level. You do not need to lift heavy loads to train with intensity. What matters
is the attitude and the intention to progress.
When someone starts training, the first thing I usually notice is insecurity and
lack of coordination. That is completely normal. That is why an important part
of my work is helping the person gain confidence in their movement and
understand what they are doing.
One of the most common mistakes when someone trains on their own is the
lack of a plan. Going to the gym just to “do something” without measuring
progress eventually makes motivation disappear. Training needs structure
to make sense.
In sessions I always prioritize good movement quality. From there,
we progressively build intensity. Training hard is not dangerous when it is
well guided; on the contrary, it is what allows people to gain capacity and confidence.
My education includes studies such as Higher Sports Technician and
specialization in biomechanics applied to exercise. I have also trained
with references in strength training such as Michael Boyle and Conor Harris.
All of this helps me analyze each exercise and adapt it to the reality of
each person.
Before joining Kaizen I worked in a commercial gym, where I had the
opportunity to observe many different types of people. That experience
taught me something important: every person arrives with a different
context, and understanding it well is key to truly helping.
