FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I start training at Kaizen?
The first step is to complete an initial assessment. It helps us understand your starting point, identify any limitations or discomfort, and place you in the group that best suits you.
From there, you’ll train within the program with the adaptations you need.
What does the initial assessment include?
During the initial assessment, we look at:
• Your prior training experience
• Mobility and basic movement patterns
• Any discomfort or limitations
• Your weekly availability
This allows us to adapt the training from day one and ensure the process starts safely and meaningfully.
How does the registration fee work?
If you choose the monthly option, the initial assessment and process activation include a one-time fee of €35.
If you start directly with the quarterly option, the initial assessment is included, and this fee does not apply.
Is there a commitment period?
There is no commitment period with the monthly option.
The quarterly option is designed for those who want to commit to their process from the start. After the first quarter, quarterly renewals include a 5% discount as a continuity benefit.
I don't know which plan to choose
That’s completely normal.
During the initial assessment, we guide you based on:
• Your prior experience
• Your actual availability
• Your current level
• Your physical needs
Most people start with two sessions per week and adjust as they progress.
I've never trained strength. Can I start?
Yes. Many people who train at Kaizen start from zero or come back after a long break.
Training is done in small groups, with individual adaptations so everyone can progress at their own pace.
What if I have discomfort or a previous injury?
Many people who train at Kaizen arrive with discomfort or after recommendations from physiotherapists or doctors.
During the initial assessment, we review your situation and adapt the exercises so training is safe and progressive from day one.
How many people are there per group?
We work in small groups of up to 8 people.
This allows us to adapt exercises, supervise movement properly, and support each person’s progress.
Can I make up sessions if I miss one?
Yes, as long as you cancel your session through the app at least 4 hours in advance.
Make-up sessions must be taken within the same contracted period:
• If you have the monthly option, within the same month
• If you have the quarterly option, within the same quarter
Make-ups are subject to availability in other groups.
